Remote Working

Here at Charterhouse, we have supported remote working for a while now and as such all our recruiters are able to pick up their laptop and work from home in the same way they would in the office. We are keeping our team, and the general public safe by remote working which means that despite the change in location, our recruiters are still able to continue to find the best candidates for vacancies.

Flexible payment terms*

Something like the coronavirus outbreak can put a financial strain on any business and we are here to help ease the pain if we can. We can offer a number of flexible payment solutions for our clients to aid with cashflow – please let us know if you would like to know more.

Extended rebate periods*

We have decided to increase our rebate period during this time to as much as 6 months (depending on the package you choose).  Also, if for any reason your new hires are forced to take sickness absence, we will further extend the rebate to cover this.

Free Career Reviews

We are offering free career reviews to any candidate looking for work in the local area.  We will be further strengthening our talent pools by pre-screening all new candidates to be able to react quickly to any urgent needs of our clients.
