May 2018 Winner – Margaret!
Our temp of the month winner for May 2018, is Margaret who has been a great addition to the reception team. Margaret has always been punctual with a bright smiling face to greet guests. She immediately started work with one of the centre coordinators and quickly picked up the role. Her happy and straightforward approach was happily received by all of the team. Margaret quickly picked up and understood all of the systems and nothing is too much for her, she is always willing to go above and beyond to help others. She is a classic ‘all-rounder’ and nothing fazes her.
The residents have all said that she is always ‘smiling’ and is helpful, respectful and is willing to give anything a go. The team have all responded well to Margaret and she’s fitted in without a hitch.
