She has picked up tasks so quickly and has made a real difference to the team in doing so – we are going through a massive period of change and the workloads have increased threefold. She received her A Level results yesterday and did amazingly well, so she will be off to university, which we are devastated about, but so so pleased for her. I cannot sing her praises enough, she really has been an absolute star. And to top it off, she is the loveliest of girls”
