I was not expecting that he would stand out as this is his first call centre position….but he’s totally taken to it and he’s a very valuable member of my team. He’s a quiet young man who comes in and just gets on with his job. Even though he came to me for 1 particular project…I’ve subsequently put him on other projects where he’s just put his head down and got on with what he’s needed to do.
